Booster Club Accounts

Account Guidelines

1.  All fund raiser income will be deposited into the general fund. 

2.  Each family will have one Booster Club account 

3.  Family accounts will only be used to pay for individual expenses and no fund raiser money may deposited in it. (ex. clothing, gym bags) 

4.  In order to be entered into a meet, the gymnasts account must be current and have a positive balance reflective of their required coaches fee deposit. 

5.  If fundraising is higher then expected, the additional funds will be used to pay for other expenses. Which expenses will be determined by the membership at the time of the overage.
